With a dream bigger than just one restaurant, the Brockway duo embarked on a journey to transform Teriyaki Tom’s into a multi-unit brand, anchored firmly in their commitment to Real. Good. Food.
The inception of Teriyaki Tom’s was fueled by Steve and Alex’s shared passion for the distinctive teriyaki cuisine they fell in love with in Seattle. Determined to replicate the magic of these flavors in Texas, they meticulously crafted a menu that is a homage to Seattle teriyaki, yet infused with their own unique twist.
